San Francisco, California — October 6, 2025 – maxRTE, a leader in real-time eligibility, insurance discovery, and prior authorization automation, today announced the appointment of Mark Neaman to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Neaman brings more than three decades of healthcare leadership to maxRTE. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NorthShore University HealthSystem in Chicago from 1992 to 2018, overseeing the system’s expansion to four hospitals, more than 2,000 physicians, and over 100 medical office locations. Under his leadership, NorthShore became one of the first health systems in the nation to fully implement Epic Systems, establishing a reputation as a leader in health IT innovation.
In addition to serving on the Epic Systems Board of Directors, Mr. Neaman continues to advise healthcare innovators across the industry. He has been recognized among the 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare and is a recipient of the HIMSS/Modern Healthcare CEO IT Achievement Award for his contributions to advancing health IT.
