HFMI backs up the application server nightly to local and remote locations.
The web server, application server and database servers are all separate servers. The database server is backed up locally as are the other servers. Our off-site backups are stored as image level backups with Itronis.
They are located in a secure data center requiring two levels of authentication for access.
HFMI’s hardware is located in a secure cabinet.
HFMI’s data center is located off premise. It is a secure data center that requires two forms of authentication to enter. One form is an electronic keycard, another is a pin number matched to a biometric scan.
HFMI’s hardware is located in its own secure APC cabinet that requires a key for access.
Our backup provider, Itronis, is an HIPPA certified backup provider.
Given HFMI is a service provider of remote hosting information (specifically PHI), we are certified by SOC2, SOC3, HIPPA HITECH, PCI DSS, among others.
